Our Vision

We want to provide something as simple as a hot shower for the homeless and those in need, which is something most of us take for granted. Our goal is to convert our bus into a mobile shower unit and bring a shower to them. Our vision does not end there. After a fresh shower, those in need can put on a new set of clothes provided by us and receive a hair cut by one of our stylist.

We also hope to include a hot meal somewhere during the experience along with a hygiene station with all kinds of products to be used and taken. But what we hope to accomplish most is to allow people to experience the love of Jesus Christ.

Please consider supporting our project and helping those in need. YOU can make a difference by bringing dignity back into someone's life, and possibly a fresh start, with something as simple as a shower.

"And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."

-Hebrews 13:16

Fundraising Campaign

Thank you to everyone for helping us reach our previous fundraising goal! We are now able to get necessary repairs done to our bus.

Originally, we planned on going out once a month with the bus. We are currently going out once a week! We are initiating another fundraising goal to fund future needs and operating expenses.

Thank you for making a difference!

Weekly Outings at St. Herman's

After our first outing at St. Herman's in the fall of 2019, cold weather came in pretty hard and fast. Unfortunately, we needed to winterize the bus for the year. As spring of 2020 rolled around, we all know what dilemma we were faced with...Covid. After putting alot of thought into it, I decided that we would not be heading out for awhile. Still uncertain about my decision, I wrote a reminder to myself to temporarily cancel the bus insurance later that day. Wouldn't you know it, God had other plans for us. I received a phone call from Carl and Paul (St. Hermans) that due to Covid, they needed to close their doors and not allow people in the building. This meant no running water, bathrooms, etc...for the homeless. There was a desperate need for our shower bus...we have been appearing at St. Herman's every Friday since the end of May 2020.

Our First Outing (St. Herman's)

St. Herman's house of hospitality was a wonderful experience. We met so many nice people that were extremely greatful to receive a hot shower, a haircut and fresh clothes. We completely depleted our dontations of coats, hats, gloves, socks and underwear on this first outing...there is so much need! We also learned that many people are only able to receive a shower if they go to the Rec-Center or one of the shelters. Many people stay away from the shelters (shelter-resistant) for reasons such as violence and thefts. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming alternative. We didn't take too many pictures as we weren't sure if that would be acceptable.

Our New Donation Center

As the number of donations received started to grow, the garage where we were storing them in quickly become too small. We thank all of the generous donors! For those wishing to drop off donations, our new donation center is located at: Northcoast Custom Arcades, 34601 Mills Rd. Unit B. North Ridgevile
